How will my Haro bike be delivered?

All bikes are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely. Your bike will arrive 85% assembled; however, we recommend a professional tune-up at a local bike shop to ensure optimal performance and safety.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns, and shipping costs for large items are non-refundable.

Do Haro bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, every Haro frame is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and suspension parts are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

How do I determine the correct frame size for me?

We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, sizing is based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and financing options through Affirm to help you get on the trails sooner with monthly payment plans.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached our warehouse for processing and boxing, we are unable to cancel it, but you may initiate a return once the item arrives.
